Yes, we deliver to all emirates across the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and beyond. Orders are shipped via DHL Express and typically arrive within 3–5 business days from our Paris atelier.
Delivery to Saudi Arabia — Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and other cities — takes approximately 4–6 business days via DHL Express from Paris.
Yes. Every Valombreuse order ships in our signature gift presentation — tissue-wrapped linen in a branded ivory box with a satin ribbon. A personalised handwritten card can be added at no extra cost.
Yes. We offer bespoke Arabic calligraphy embroidery on select pieces. Send us your request via our Bespoke Service page and our Paris atelier will provide a personalised quote within 48 hours.
We accept returns of unused, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Personalised and monogrammed pieces are non-returnable.
